We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If that's not the case, we'll gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange, provided it:
• Is in new condition
• Hasn't been washed, worn or altered
• Is accompanied by the original invoice
• Is returned according to the schedule below:
(a) If it is returned for exchange within 7 days of delivery for purchases within Tanzania.
(b) If it is returned for exchange within 21 days of delivery for international purchases.
ALLOW UP TO 2 WEEKS TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
It could take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.
Purchase with Credit Cards:
Any credit will be refunded to the original tender.
Purchases with Gift Card:
If any portion of your purchase was paid for by gift card, you will receive the full value of your return on a Shoponline.co.tz Virtual Gift Card.
Purchases paid by Cash on Delivery:
If the purchase was paid by cash on delivery, we will refund the cash by mobile banking.
FLAT RATE RETURN OR EXCHANGE SHIPPING
Shipping Fee:
We will charge you a shipping charge upon shipping your exchanged item(s). If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee.
MAKING A RETURN
For expedited service, we encourage you to make your return by mail using the postage-paid return label provided with original package and packaging slip. Once you have shipped your item for return or exchange, please email support@shoponline.co.tz about the return or exchange. We will track and update you accordingly.
